Developing Playfulness and a Creative Practice

This short CPD workshop, available in Exeter, introduces the essential principles of developing an embodied creative practice.

  • Can be undertaken as a stand-alone workshop, but also serves an introduction to our Post Qualifying Diploma in Creative Arts Therapies, which goes into the principles in considerably more depth.
  • The core belief of this CPD workshop is that everybody is creative, and that everybody has the capacity to live their life, and deliver therapy, in a much more creative way.
  • This workshop, and the Post Qualifying Diploma in Creative Arts Therapies course it references, is designed to enable you to become a more playful and spontaneous person and practitioner, which in turn will enable your clients to be more creative in understanding themselves and their issues.

What our Students Say

β€œIt achieved a great balance between knowledge of the topic and making this interesting and close to us... the Tutor managed to make {the lecture} understandable to us with day to day examples. At the same time we felt that he was really an expert in the topic. From a HR perspective we were delighted to get so many people participating in the Q&A after the talk, as this is not the usual way our staff behaves.”
