OVERVIEW

What sets us apart from other courses, which focus more on distance learning, is the opportunity to learn in a professional group, honing skills, discussing the material and using the techniques under skilled supervision.

In between sessions there are practice groups, so there is the continuity of contact and on-going skill-honing and support.

All candidates are furnished with a range of materials that can be used in coaching at all levels and the course itself attracts people from the major professions, the worlds of theatre, business and industry as well as people moving from the world of counselling and therapy.

Its main aim is to provide high quality training involving theory skills and practice to train competent, ethical and confident coaches.

This course has a quality award from EMCC and has an endorsed award from the Institute of Leadership and Management.

It also includes an MA as an option for those wishing to pursue an HE award alongside their Professional Accreditation.
