Course Structure and Content
The Professional Diploma consists of 7 taught modules under the following headings:
- The Aetiology of Coaching
- Models and Methods of Coaching
- Theory and Practice of Coaching
- The Art of Coaching
- Coaching in a Business & Management Context
- Practising Ethical Supervision and Coaching
- The Philosophy of Coaching
These taught modules consist of a minimum of 140 hours of contact time, including 10 hours supervision followed by study and reflective work bringing the course total to 609 hours.

- Self-review and ethical and associated issues
- Setting up a business
- T.A. Perspectives, Gestalt Perspectives, CBT Perspectives and NLP Perspectives
- Managing major life changes/finance/work/professional life
- Returning to civilian life from the services
