It is believed that we all have three drives that we need to juggle throughout the course of our lives, one is the drive for survival, one is the drive for creativity and one is the need for quiescence (or serenity and peace).

We are starting to look at piloting of an agency that we will be setting up under the Iron Mill umbrella, with the view of easing the finding of placements for students, and enabling various agencies and professional groups to access graduates and professional practitioners from the Mill too.

The government has emphasized the need for short term intervention and has funded basic training in CBT in the NHS as a first port of call.
