Welcome to the Iron Mill Institute website. We are a professional training institute based in Devon in the South-West of England and have been established for nearly 30 years. We are in partnership with Strode College of Further Education and the University of Worcester.
We offer a range of professionally accredited training in the fields of counselling, psychotherapy, supervision, coaching and dramatherapy. Most programmes start from an introductory course and can progress up to Masters level.
We also have a rich and varied continuing professional development programme (CPD) available to the qualified professional or for those just wanting to sample what we offer.
If you are new to these fields or prefer to sample the training here first we recommend attending a taster day. Details can be found in the workshops menu shown above.

IRON MILL AGENCY SURVEY LINK
After much research and preparation, we are currently in the process of setting up an in-house service to provide placements for various level practitioners and trainees accredited by the Iron Mill Institute. This Iron Mill Agency will cover the fields of counselling, psychotherapy, supervision and coaching. The Agency will be located throughout the South West initially with the intention of national coverage over time.
