Workshop Description
The introductory 101 in TA is an opportunity to find out what TA means and also how it can be applied in a number of settings. It is an overview of the landscape of Transactional Analysis in the fields of psychotherapy, counselling, coaching and mentoring, organisational applications and education.
The course takes each of the main concepts in turn and explains the ideas behind them and how they can be applied. These ideas form the bases of a body of knowledge that underpins ideas in GP mentoring, psychotherapy, and a range of professions mentioned earlier that we are dealing with the internal world of the individual and the external social and behavioural worlds.
This course is very interesting, lots of fun and also very useful for managers, teachers and all who are curious about what makes people tick and how to deal with difficult situations.
