Workshop Description
There are several themes to be looked at and worked on during this day: how we as individuals enter and engage with organisations: how to make sense of how they work and some of the modern themes involved in organisations: using the psychological contract as a metaphor for making sense of organizational behaviour. The day will also look at how we can support of others (as coaches, supervisors, organizational consultants, counsellors, EAP workers, psychologists) as they live and work within organisational settings.
