Helen Davies (CTA, PTSTA(P), UKCP Reg):
Helen Davies is a TA psychotherapist and supervisor, working in private practice in Chichester. She teaches TA theory at Peter Symonds, Winchester, and has taught Gestalt and Creative Approaches at Eastleigh College. She has particular interests in: the impact of working on-screen, ethics and creativity in the therapeutic and supervisory processes. Helen serves on the Ethics and Professional Practice Committee for UKATA and is a member of UKCP, EATA, IARTA and UKATA. Before training in TA, Helen worked in strategy and cultural research in retail design agencies, and has a background in theatre performance.
Karen Minikin (MSc TSTA CTA (P) PGCE, UKCP Reg, BACP (Snr Accred)):
Karen Minikin works in East Sussex as a counsellor, psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer. She originally worked as a teacher in secondary education before moving into learning and development in business. Her practical and professional interests include understanding and working with unconscious processes, trauma, cultural identity and integrating humanistic and relational psychoanalytical ideas and approaches within Transactional analysis. Recent workshop presentations at conferences have included "The Therapist's Need to Change", "Working with Dreams”, "Mysteries in Human Experience: The Subsymbolic Encounter", and “the Psychodynamics of Autonomy”, with Keith Chinnock.
She has been associate editor of the BACP journal (Counselling and Psychotherapy journal), writing and editing a number of articles for the race and culture column. She has also written an article on "Treatment Planning" and "Conflict and Change in Therapeutic Relating" for the "ITA News" (2008) and "The Transactional Analyst" (2013), as well as a chapter on "The Politics and Psychology of Alienation" in "Relational TA: Principles in Practice", ed Fowlie and Sills (2011). She currently contributes regular book reviews for "Therapy Today".
Tess Elliott MSc, PTSTA (P) CTA (P) Diploma in Psychotherapy, Diploma in Counselling, Cert Ed., Cert. Sup. UKCP Reg.:
Tess Elliott is a psychotherapist and supervisor in private practice in North Oxfordshire. She is a primary tutor at the Metanoia Institute, London and has presented workshops at national conferences. Tess originally worked as a teacher, researcher and adviser for Oxfordshire County Council for over 30 years.
She now enjoys combing her passion for TA and psychotherapy with her love of facilitating value–based learning. She holds a sensitivity and awareness of diversity and otherness at the heart of her work.
Tess is registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and is a member of the European Association of TA (EATA) and the International Association of Relational TA (IARTA).

A full refund will be issued for any cancellations made by attendees, up to 30 days prior to the course/event start date; a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made by attendees up to 14 days prior to the course/event start date. No refunds are payable on cancellations made by attendees less than 14 days prior to the course/event start date.
